TAMANAWIS AFTER GRAD COMMITTEE
First of all, a few common questions answered by the After Grad Committee: • WHAT IS A DRY-AFTER GRAD? A Dry-After Grad is a fully supervised fun event, sponsored by the parents, where the grads can party with their friends, be entertained and participate in a variety of fun-filled activities, compelling entertainments, prizes, action pack night of celebration. This event provides students with a safe, drug and alcohol-free environment to continue celebrating after the dinner and dance. The school is transformed into a spectacular themed setting. • WHY HAVE A DRY-AFTER GRAD EVENT? It gives everyone an after-grad party to attend. It is a memorable event for the graduates. • WHAT IS THE COST? The goal is to keep the ticket cost to a minimum and fundraise to cover the cost of all expenses. This would be very successful with all the grad students and grad parents help. One of the first fund raising activities offered by the After-Grad Committee is a cookie dough and pie sale. This comes just in time for the holidays and takes some of the stress out of worrying what you will need to prepare for guests . Click the following link to download the Pie Order Form. Instructions on how to fill out and who to send the filled order are on the form: We are pleased to offer you our Safeway/Save-on Gift Card fundraiser. This is an excellent way to support our Dry Grad Event by purchasing gift cards for your every day grocery shopping needs or as holiday gifts. You receive gift cards to be used like cash at the store of your choice. The Dry Grad Committee will earn a percentage of the face value of each card and it will not cost you anything extra. Each month ( first Tuesday ) the After-Grad Committee gets together in the Library at 7:00 pm to discuss and plan the dry grad event. Grad parents are invited to attend.
